Today we’re showing you three orders, for three different customers, just minutes before being loaded onto our vehicles.
Three different destinations.
Three different requests.
Three selections made based on who will receive them.
We chose melons, Calabrian citrus, and apples selected one by one. And that’s exactly the point.
We don’t buy goods and then look for someone to sell them to.
The request comes first.
Then we go to the market, compare what we find, choose what we think is most suitable, and prepare it for the customer.
When you see these pallets ready to go, you’re not seeing merchandise waiting.
You’re seeing choices already made for someone. And at the end of the day, we start again from scratch.
Because tomorrow the market will be different. And tomorrow we’ll have to choose again.
