Ellisio is the new Commerfrutta Brand created and designed for the private customer. Commerfrutta was created to serve Italian and foreign stores, restaurants, street vendors and businesses all looking for Premium quality.
In 1942, Basilio and Mario, my great-grandfather and my grandfather, founded the idea of trading fruits and vegetables in Cerlonga; the company grew hand in hand with post-war national growth and, in the 70s, with the advent of Maurizio my father, the demand for quality given by the ever-increasing well-being of citizens became a very important need; Commerfrutta decided to go and buy directly in the areas of production and on the markets, trying to best meet consumer needs.
From 2000 onwards we understood the importance of selecting the product and seeing it daily on the markets; this selection was further refined after 2010, when we began to expand our service also to foreign merchants, especially in Germany, supplying specialized retailers with high quality and providing a specific selection of extra products on a daily basis, which then go on intended for fine dining, hotels and the main distributors of premium products.
It is in the spirit of Commerfrutta to satisfy its customers!
