Every morning our work starts the same way: observe, compare and select only the products that meet our quality standards. For us, every fruit and every vegetable must have something to tell, because behind every excellence there are producers, territories and a lot of passion.

The star of the day is undoubtedly the Merendella, a fruit with an intense and unmistakable scent, capable of conquering even before tasting. A special product, rich in history and with an authentic flavor, chosen for those who know how to recognize and appreciate true quality.

Among the selected excellences, we also find the Pugliese figs, chosen with great attention after a careful comparison between different productions, and the white peaches from Puglia, just arrived in sizes 16-18, characterized by a juicy pulp and high quality.

The Vambartoli watermelon season is also continuing, a guarantee for taste and sweetness, while among the melons we have once again chosen the Zerbinati quality.

Great attention also paid to the vegetable department. The high temperatures this summer are making it increasingly difficult to find high-end leaf products, but our selection does not stop. This is demonstrated by spinach, Bonisi arugula, valerian and Paolillo fennel, chosen for freshness, cleanliness and constant quality.

Among the products of the day there are also Cordia del Trentino cherries and apricots, selected not only for their appearance, but above all for their flavor, because a product must first of all be good.

At 9:30am the warehouse is ready: boxes ordered, selected products and departing shipments. Within a few hours, everything will leave our spaces to reach customers and professionals with the freshness that distinguishes us.

Tomorrow we start again, with new selections, new arrivals and the same attention we put every day in choosing the best fruit and vegetables.
