Our job is to help them achieve this goal by selecting the finest fruits and vegetables and getting them delivered fresh, in time to be served today. Then we showed you the choices for MZ, our long-time client in Cerlongo, in the province of Mantua, who turns these vegetables into preserved and pickled products. Here's another important concept. One might think that a product meant for processing should necessarily be cheap, maybe choosing second-rate goods.
