Today, before showing you the products, we want to show you the emptiness.
This is our logistics point at the end of the day.
There’s nothing left. And that’s exactly how it should be.
Every morning we start from ZERO.
In between, everything happens.
Customer requests come in.
We go to the markets.
We observe. We compare. We select.
The goods arrive, are prepared, and leave again.
And at the end?
Zero again.
Because we don’t buy fruits and vegetables to fill a warehouse and then look for someone to sell them to.
First, we know what’s needed. Then we go looking for it.
This allows us not to be tied to what we’ve already bought and every morning to ask ourselves the most important question:
"Today, what is really worth choosing?"
That’s the difference between having products to sell and being fruit and vegetable selectors.
ZERO → CHOICE → ZERO.
Tomorrow we start again.
