Choices of the Day – Wednesday, July 8, 2026 Among the hardest products to find this morning are definitely lettuces, which are feeling the effects of the recent intense heat. When temperatures stay high for too long, plants struggle, slow down production, and finding products that truly meet our standards becomes much harder. Even today, though, we’ve looked, compared, and picked the best the market had to offer. It’s always satisfying to see our products heading abroad. Every crate represents the work of farmers, selectors, and transporters who, together, share a single goal: bringing the best of Italian agriculture to tables. Every time we see a shipment leave the market, we don’t just see goods on the move. We see an ambassador of Italy. An ambassador made of flavors, of regions, of traditions, and of people who work every day with passion to highlight what our country produces best. And that is exactly the deeper meaning of our work: not just sending fruit and vegetables, but exporting a piece of Italian excellence.
