Let's observe. Let's compare. Let's select. It's the Commerfrutta method.
Every morning we start from the requests of our customers, we go to the market, we compare what we find and only then we choose what to buy.
And this morning something happened that tells very well what it means. A restaurant customer had asked us for the yellow Datterino.
We bought it... orange. Why? We tried and compared the yellow Datterino available this morning, but nobody convinced us by taste.
We could have just carried out the order. But choosing also means understanding why the customer wants that product.
In this case, the yellow Datterino serves to differentiate itself from red, to create contrast and give liveliness to the dish. So we looked for an alternative that would keep that function and we found an orange Datterino that today had a much better taste. We took a freedom. We have not complied with the requested color to the letter. We have fulfilled the purpose of the request. And it's a small difference only in appearance.
Among today's news is the beautiful Green Red plum: green outside and surprisingly red inside.
And then the red-fleshed peaches, another product capable of surprising at the first cut. We'll show you the rest through the other choices made this morning by our team.
Because tomorrow the market will be different again. And we'll start all over again.
LET'S OBSERVE. LET'S COMPARE. LET'S SELECT. We don't sell what we have. Let's choose what's worth.
