This is the result of our way of working: observing, comparing, selecting, and shipping within a few hours, without stockpiling goods or long warehouse stops. In today's video, we also show one of the many services we offer our customers every day: direct delivery to the market in Colombare di Sirmione. It's just an example, but it helps to understand the value of a logistics system organized around freshness. Thanks to this service, the customer receives products on Monday morning that were purchased and selected just a few hours earlier. Otherwise, they would have to restock on Friday, ending up selling products today that are already three days old. People often think that our job is just buying and selling fruits and vegetables.
